The Bronx Diva’s donated clothing is primarily intended for students, teachers and families in the Los Angeles and Pasadena school district.
Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez showed her solidarity with those affected by the wildfires that have been raging since last week in Los Angeles, California, and who have been left homeless and decided to donate clothing and footwear to the victims.
The wildfires began on Tuesday, January 7, in Pacific Palisades, but the fire quickly spread through the so-called Santa Ana winds and reached more fronts. So far, authorities have reported 24 dead and 13 missing.
Among the expensive clothes donated by JLo are comfortable clothes, hoodies, jeans, as well as everyday items.
“My heart goes out to all those affected by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. I can’t even imagine how deeply traumatic these events can be, especially for children who have lost their homes and sense of security. In times like these, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Los Angeles are here to provide support, resources and a safe space for children and families in need,” Jennifer Lopez wrote on Instagram, where she has 249 million followers.
