One of the heroes of the Los Angeles Dodgers’ 2024 World Series triumph, Walker Buehler, is reportedly set to sign with the Boston Red Sox.
Throughout his seven seasons with the Dodgers, Buehler excelled as an elite pitcher, despite dealing with several injuries, including Tommy John surgery. His MLB career includes a high-level ERA and he maintains a 47-22 win-loss record.
According to ESPN, the pitcher would be heading to Boston on a one-year contract worth $21.05 million.
In addition, Yahoo Sports mentions that the baseball player has bonuses for individual performance, which would amount to $2.5 million.
