Antetokounmpo and Jokic lead first count for All-Star

Antetokounmpo leads the way with 1.71 million votes, while Jokic leads the voting in the Western Conference with 1.42 million. The podium is completed by Celtics star Jayson Tatum, who reaches 1.38 million. Other players above the million mark are Kevin Durant (Suns), LeBron James (Lakers), Karl-Anthony Towns (Knicks) and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Thunder).

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic are fighting for the throne of best player in the NBA and also to lead the votes for the All-Star Game. The Greek Bucks forward and the Serbian Nuggets center are the fans’ favorites after the first count made public by the NBA. They occupy a place that in past editions was always for LeBron James and Stephen Curry.
