Three men and a woman were seen placing explosives in French Quarter
Investigators have reviewed video of three men and a woman placing explosives in probe of New Orleans attack, document shows, per The Associated Press.
The suspect was ‘hellbent on creating carnage,’ according to police superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick.
He said hw would ‘deploy every available resource to conduct this investigation.’
‘We are actively partnering with the FBI. We are not currently aware of anything in this guest’s background that would have identified him as a trust and safety threat to us at the time of the reservation.’
He was also ordered to pay his ex-wife monthly child support, the order said.
Officers had previously said they would be investigating a number of people allegedly caught on video planting IEDs.
Police have not revealed additional details about the killer.
The New York Times reported that he had been awarded a number of medals for good conduct and achievement, as well as for completing patachute jump school.
