The 26-year-old, who has been branded the ‘world’s hottest speed skater’ by Dutch media, has amassed over four-and-a-half million Instagram followers after regularly posting snaps of herself competing, living her extroverted life with Paul or showing off her glamorous getaways.
Soon after, the speed-skating sensation confirmed they were a couple after sharing a number of loved-up photos of them together on Instagram.
They could not keep their hands off one another as Paul congratulated her for coming second in the race.
On the weekend, the 26-year-old won her fourth Dutch sprint title thanks to a time of 1.15.26 in the 1000 meters at the NK sprint.
To little surprise, Paul secured a unanimous decision victory over the boxing veteran and, in the wake of it, has been spending time supporting girlfriend Leerdam.
The besotted couple packed on the PDA in the stands, sharing a passionate smooch and loving glances.
